To build a holistic environment encompassing a network of women of color in leadership, advocacy, civic engagement, sustainable businesses, and entrepreneurship, while increasing access to new technologies, financial resources, and building social enterprises that eliminate gender and racial bias.
OUR MISSION
A Three Prong Approach
Through a Holistic Approach, we endeavor to improve the overall physical and mental health, environmental and financial resources, and the overall needs and quality of life for women of color, their families, and their communities. Our goal is to work with the community and other civic leaders to proactively address, help develop and implement solutions that will heal the physical, emotional and mental wounds of circumstance in ALL communities beginning with our own
Advocacy for women is the cornerstone of our mission. Workforce development and pay equity, leadership in business, politics, military service and community awareness. We advocate Women's Rights and Voter Rights for all and work to eliminate voter suppression. We encourage voter registration, training and internships at the national, state and local levels to enable members and young people to gain the knowledge required to understand, operate, and participate within the educational, economic, social and political arenas. Civic responsibility is Our responsibility.

Empowerment of all to apply their acquired skills and knowledge, and to rely upon their personal attributes to lead productive lives and to become contributing members of the global community. We train and mentor women for leadership and decision-making positions in government, nonprofit organizations and the private sector. We expose our youth to the necessary tools needed to prepare them for higher education, the trades, or entrepreneurial endeavors.
We accomplish our objectives through Health and Wellness, Leadership Empowerment, Community Civic Engagement, Education Re-Imagined, Women and Wealth, Art, Culture, and Heritage.
